The wave soldering machine FIFTY has been created by MGR ELECTRO to be proposed to the manufacturing companies for soldering of electronic components on electronic boards with PTH/SMD technology both with lead-tin alloys and lead-free alloys. FIFTY is essential in its project but it has some functional characteristics that are common to higher-standard equipment, although it’s the wave soldering machine with the lower capacity of its soldering pot on the market with “only” 50kg of tin alloy.
FIFTY has been designed for those companies which haven’t an high-volume production but that require the same quality, low cost of purchase/operation, process flexibility and reduced waiting time to begin production.
It’s managed by a very practical PLC through which you can set any parameter of the machine. This PLC may recall up to 20 stored programs.
The wave soldering machine has a solder frame system on which are put the electronic boards that have to be welded.
FIFTY standard version has the foam fluxing (with porous stone), while there is an optional kit called SPRAY FLUX if the customer wants to adopt this technology.
Preheating is composed of a IR panel protected by a PYREX glass in the upper part and through PLC you can stop the electronic board to be soldered up to 90 seconds.
The soldering pot has within itself “only” 50kg of tin alloy, it’s lead-free treated and has an extreme functionality of cleaning and maintenancee.
