After the introduction of lead-free alloys, MGR ELECTRO transformed all its productions of melting pots,conducture, pumps or any other parts in contact with RoHS alloys, passing from Inox steel to Titanium. For this reason we don’t have any problems converting different models of static or dynamic melting pots when we think this can be the best solution for our client. Otherwise we can give assistance and advise for the creation of a new titanium melting pot adaptable to a particular type of machinery.
We understand the corrosion problems of lead-free alloys so we can advise our clients on a wide range of solutions. If we believe that it is more difficult and more expensive to reproduce a particular spare part than to treat that spare part with a guaranteed lead-free alloys treatment we already used on some of our products, we can suggest the best choices.
All parts, size of wave, nozzles leveling, filters or any other part inserted in the melting pot and in contact with tin alloy can be converted or treated in order to make them immune from corrosion problems.
